How to Build Custom Registration Forms

Step 1: Navigate to Form Builder

Go to Settings → Registration (for your business) or open an individual event and look for the Form Builder section. You'll see the default fields (Name, Email, Phone) already configured.

Step 2: Add Custom Fields

Click "+ Add Field" and configure:

Label: What the attendee sees (e.g., "Meal Preference", "Company Name", "T-Shirt Size")
Field Type: Choose from Text, Dropdown, Checkbox, Radio Button, or File Upload
Required: Mark whether this field is mandatory or optional
Options: For Dropdown and Radio fields, define the available choices (e.g., "Veg / Non-Veg / Vegan")

Step 3: Preview and Publish

Your custom fields instantly appear on your public registration page. Share the registration link via WhatsApp, Email, or social media. Every response is automatically stored in your attendee database alongside the standard fields.
