How ID Card Generation Works

Automatic Generation

The moment an attendee completes registration, Fast ID automatically generates their ID card. If the attendee uploaded a photo during registration, it appears on the card. If not, a clean placeholder is used. The ID card includes:

Attendee's full name and designation
Event name and date
Organization logo and cover image
A unique, encrypted QR code for scanning
Registration type badge (VIP, Speaker, General, etc.)

Single Download

Open any attendee's profile and click "Download ID Card". The card is instantly generated as a high-resolution image ready for printing or digital distribution.

Bulk Printing

Need to print cards for 500 attendees? Select multiple attendees from the list, click the Print icon, and Fast ID generates a print-optimized PDF with multiple cards per page, arranged in standard badge sizes (3.5" × 2" or A7).

Branding Your ID Cards

Your event's visual identity matters. Upload your logo and cover image in Settings, and they automatically appear on every ID card. The card design uses your event's color palette, creating a consistent brand experience from the registration email to the physical badge.

Security Through QR Codes

Each QR code is unique and encrypted. At the event entrance, your gate scanner reads the QR code and instantly verifies:

Is this a valid attendee?
Have they already checked in? (Prevents duplicate entries)
What is their access level? (VIP, General, Staff)
